Your Details Are not Shared with Any Third Party or anybody outside of Model Railway Bits and only a copy of the invoice is kept for accounting and tax purposes only. Also the copy of your invoice is not kept on the main hard drive but a backup separate drive. I also do not store or keep your payment details.
Returns
As is your right you have 30 days to return your item if not satisfied or it is faulty for a full refund.
Postage & Packaging
Postage & Courier charges are charged at current cost with no additions and in some cases on this Site postage is subsidised & also due to recycling packaging there are no packaging costs.
